During the 7th International Violin Competition Leopold Mozart 2009 the nine members of the Young Musicians’ Jury will take their seats behind the official jury. They will be given all documents the official jury will receive. The first three rounds will be “trial runs” for them. Before and after each session of the Leopold Mozart Competition one member of the official Jury he will prepare them for their task, each morning he will give them an introduction and will help them to summarize at the end of the day. He will accompany the young people during all rounds of the competition.
In the final round, however, the members of the Young Musicians’ Jury will select “their prizewinner”, to whom the Young Musicians’ Jury Prize will be awarded. The Young Musicians’ Jury Prize (3.000 Euros) was donated by the Little Amadeus Foundation.
